Refer a Rancher

Refer a rancher. Tell us about a farmer or rancher who’s not yet a Halter customer (but could be!), using this form. Please check they’re happy for you to share their details, and for us to get in touch first.
We’ll take it from there. We’ll contact them and let them know you referred them.
You both get a credit. Once their farm is live and billing, you’ll each get a credit equal to one month of their Halter subscription fee (excluding tax and one-off fees). The credit will appear on your next invoice.

New customers only: The credit applies to the first farm of someone new to Halter. It doesn’t apply to farms owned or controlled by you, your business or your wider organisation.
A genuine introduction: You need to have genuinely helped them to choose Halter, and to have sent us the referral before they start meaningfully engaging with Halter.
First comes, first served: If more than one person refers the same farm, the first referral we receive counts.
Anywhere in the world: You can refer a farmer in any country. If their subscription is in a different currency, we’ll convert your credit at the exchange rate on the day it’s applied.
Credits, not cash: Credits can’t be swapped for cash or transferred. They apply while your Halter subscription is active and ends if it ends.
Not eligible: Halter staff, contractors and resellers.
Fair play: We may decline or reverse a credit if, in our view, a referral doesn’t meet these terms. If we change or end the programme, we’ll update this page, but referrals you’ve already sent us will still count.
Your rights: These terms don’t affect your rights under consumer law.
